The headcount for AIA Group stands at 52,
of which 96% work in the headquarters in Barcelona,
and 4% at the office opened recently in San Francisco, USA.
Most employees are Spanish nationals, although
the organisation also employs people from Central Europe, Latin America
and North America.

The directors and the technical staff have
a considerable academic record, particularly in the field of national
and international scientific research, and have been well trained at
the most prestigious business management schools. This combination constitutes
a key factor in the effectiveness of production processes, knowledge
transfer and technological innovation.
Personnel is the Company's main asset. The
priority of AIA Group is to encourage their creativity
converting it into successful industrial solutions. AIA Group's state-of-the-art

Company's team. At our headquarters in Barcelona there are specials spaces to
encourage not only scientific exchange, but also co-existence (library, indoor swimming pool, areas for games

Plans to extend our staff for the year 2005
will basically focus on consolidation of the commercial distribution network
to consolidate the company in the new expansion markets (USA, Brazil, Mexico).
