One of the basic features of the Business-To-Employee
relationship is Employee access via a web channel to the Training module
provided by the Corporation (e-Learning). e-LOA is a product for optimum
allocation of training contents in accordance with employee profiles
and Training strategies as defined by the Corporation.
Employee profiles are generated on the basis
of information with regard to current capabilities, work post and required
capabilities, prior training and personal details, and optimum-allocation
algorithms are then applied to select the most suitable training contents
for each employee on an individual basis, thus generating a Customised
Training Plan.
During the process, those responsible for Training
within the Organisation may obtain information concerning the training
needs reported, measurements and analysis of the effectiveness of the
training carried out and how this is progressing.
